No harm done in pharmacy flu trial

No adverse outcomes have been recorded in thousands of vaccinations performed to date by pharmacists participating in the Queensland flu vaccination trial.

More than 8500 immunisations have been administered by pharmacists since the trial began on 1 April, “without incident or adverse outcomes”, and many of them in people not previously vaccinated, say trial organisers.
