Nodular melanomas most deadly

Nodular melanoma is the largest contributor to melanoma deaths, despite being comparatively uncommon, a Victorian study finds.

Although accounting for only 14% of invasive primary cutaneous melanomas, nodular melanoma was responsible for 43% of melanoma deaths, the study of 5775 Victorian cases found.
