Only test PSA when asked, GPs told

GPs should not discuss prostate screening with men unless they ask about it, the latest RACGP Red Book recommends.

The 8th edition of the Red Book reinforces the RACGP's opposition to routine screening, saying new trial data still had not provided clear evidence either in favour or against PSA testing.
