Oral contraceptives should be disclosed by patients: coroner

Doctors should advise patients taking oral contraceptives to report the medication on questionnaires and medical histories, a coroner says.

The recommendation follows the death of 28-year-old Petra Zele from hypoxia brain injury, after a heart attack associated with pulmonary hypertension.
