Overweight teens risk early death

Teenagers with a high BMI are likely to die earlier than their normal-weight peers, a study shows.

A study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism shows no improvement in mortality rates among overweight and obese adolescents in the past 40 years.
