Pharmacist accused of stealing bizarre mix of items

Human growth hormone, anti-obesity drugs, a bottle of bio oil and two packs of amoxicillin tablets are among the $80,000 worth of products suspended pharmacist Sara Shadi Kazeme is accused of stealing.

Ms Kazeme, 27, who is known for running a controversial hydration clinic in Melbourne, is accused of taking the products from Como Compounding Pharmacy in Melbourne between February and June 2015.

The charge sheet tendered to the Melbourne Magistrates Court lists the allegedly stolen items as:

  • Melanotan 11;
  • “Double” injections of Human Growth Hormone;
  • Deca Durabolin;
  • SARMS 22 Forte injections;
  • AOD 9604 5mL injections;
  • CJC1295 5mL injections;
  • GHRP-2 5mL injections;
  • Oxandrolone capsules;
  • 1 x vitamin E Bio Oil;
  • 1 x acne cream;
