Pharmacist axed over 47,000 packs of pseudoephedrine

A pharmacist who supplied almost 47,000 packs of pseudoephedrine to customers in inappropriate circumstances has had his registration cancelled.

In a case brought before the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal, pharmacist Tan Nguyen had his registration cancelled after two major complaints from the Health Care Complaints Commission in relation to “unsatisfactory professional conduct” and “professional misconduct”.
