Pharmacist sanctioned for supplying S4 drugs to family
A WA pharmacist has been wrapped over the knuckles for supplying her family with scheduled medicines without scripts for more than two years.
Cornelia Naude was sanctioned after being found guilty of dispensing S4 medications to herself, her son, daughter and husband, while working at a Bunbury pharmacy between February 2011 and November 2013.
Ms Naude dispensed a total of 31 medications, including amoxyllin to her daughter five times in two years, the WA state administrative tribunal found.
She also dispensed medicines including amoxyllin and prednisolone to her son on 13 occasions, and a range of medicines including antibiotics and NSAIDs to herself and her husband.
