Tribunal says he failed to keep control at two pharmacies

A pharmacy owner has been found guilty of professional misconduct for breaches of S8 regulations at two of his pharmacies.

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Hussein Saab responsible for a number of breaches, including failure to identify and report the loss of buprenorphine and naloxone (Suboxone) and non-compliant alterations to the drug register.
