Poll: Is alert fatigue an issue for Australian pharmacists?

Pharmacy News recently ran a story about the dangers of alert fatigue, which was deemed partially responsible for the tragic death of a Canadian woman.

Alert fatigue is thought to arise when pharmacists receive a large number of alerts or flags in computer systems regarding drug interaction risks, and choose to ignore or turn off the warnings.

The story gained some attention from Pharmacy News readers, and so we now pose the question – do you believe alert fatigue is an issue for Australian pharmacists?
