Proposed changes to PBS won’t save money: Greens

Recommendations put forward by the National Commission of Audit to change the PBS will not save money, and could make it harder for many people to access medicines, according to a Greens senator.

Greens health spokesperson, Senator Richard Di Natale (pictured), says that many of the Commission’s recommendations are flawed, and do not offer sufficient cost-containment results to justify the radical changes to the PBS, nor to community pharmacy.
