PSR decisions will stand under new laws

Around 40 doctors will be prevented from challenging decisions by the Professional Services Review of inappropriate practice under new legislation being pushed by the Federal Government.

Last year the Federal Court overturned the decisions of inappropriate practice against four doctors, because it found the PSR committee members had not been approved by the AMA as required by legislation.
