Rationalisation not cancellation

Charles Sturt University (CSU) has defended its decision to scrap its Wagga-based pharmacy course as concerns are riased over the possible impact on rural pharmacy numbers.

University management has come under fire after the announcement it would discontinue the pharmacy degree at its Wagga campus and instead pool its resources in the discipline at Orange in the NSW central west.
