Registrars push for fellowship review

GP registrars are putting further pressure on the RACGP to review its fellowship exams as controversy about the fairness and validity of the tests intensifies.

The General Practice Registrars Australia has handed over the results of a survey of 6000 to the college that had asked for their feedback on the exam, and in particular the key feature problems (KFP) component.

The move comes after Australian Doctor reported earlier this month that more than half of the 1000 candidates who took the fellowship this year failed the exam.
