Seven activities for a good night’s slumber

Researchers have identified seven types of exercise that predict a good night’s sleep, as well as a couple that don’t.

Aerobics or calisthenics, biking, weight-lifting, yoga or pilates, playing golf, running and gardening during the day are associated with getting a normal 7-8 hours of sleep.

But childcare and housework are a risk, report the researchers, who presented their findings at the Sleep 2015
