Sex back on menu in stable CVD

Patients with stable cardiovascular disease have received a green light for regular sex, with a major US group advising that health fears should not be a deterrent.

In a scientific statement from the American Heart Association, specialists from a range of fields - including urology, exercise physiology and sexual counselling - said patients with stable CVD and minimal symptoms could safely have sex.
