Sleep trackers keep insomniacs awake

Sleep trackers are leaving some insomniacs so anxious that they are lying awake all night, sleep experts warn.

Designed to monitor and even improve sleep quality, smartphone apps and wristwatch technologies like the popular Fitbit device are actually exacerbating the problem for people with a sleep disorder.
