Smokers’ rights group ‘Pythonesque’

Smokers’ Rights Party convenor Clinton Mead said the party was hoping to sign the 500 members it would need to contest the 2013 federal election.

“Smokers comprise around 20% of the Australian voting public,” Mr Mead said.

“With a little more than 10% of the vote, we can outpoll the Greens.”
