2nd April 2014
A recent study has found that e-prescribing errors in community pharmacies are widespread, estimating that five in 100 have errors.

The findings, published in the International Journal of Medical Informatics, indicate that the most common e-prescribing errors were wrong drug quantity, wrong dosing directions, wrong duration of therapy, and wrong dosage formulation.
