'Systemic sexism': female doctors are still quizzed on family plans in job interviews
Female doctors are being asked about their family plans in job interviews in a practice that has been described as “systemic sexism”.
AMA NSW president Professor Brad Frankum says he has heard from more than 20 female doctors about their experiences after he wrote to members last week saying he was “shocked and dismayed” to hear the practice was still going on.
