Take exercise with alcohol but not concurrently

Just two-and-a-half hours of brisk walking each week could offset some of the harmful effects of drinking alcohol, an international study has found.

Published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, the observational study of more than 35,000 people between 1994 and 2006 found that physical activity decreased the risks of dying from cancer among drinkers.
