Tribunal slaps alcohol ban on NSW GP
Dr James Woolcock, of the NSW Central Coast, was also formally reprimanded and subjected to extensive registration conditions after being found guilty of professional misconduct by the NSW Medical Tribunal.
The tribunal said Dr Woolcock admitted failing to tell the NSW Medical Board in the prescribed time that he was:
*convicted in April 2007 of breaching an AVO.
*convicted in July 2008 of driving under the influence of alcohol.
*convicted in September 2008 of driving while disqualified.
