2 tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white miso paste
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 tsp sesame oil
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 small daikon
1 cucumber
2 cups mizuna leaves, or curly endive
4 radishes
1 tbsp white miso paste
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1½ tbsp rice
