Unnecessary fear

Pharmacists are a key reason for fear about paediatric use of topical corticosteroids, a survey of Australian dermatologists has revealed.

The survey found that 64% of the 455 practising members of the Australasian College of Dermatologists said pharmacists were the main contributors to patient misinformation about the use of topical corticosteroids (TCS).
