Vaisman in court for underpaying worker
ERECTILE dysfunction treatment guru Dr Jack Vaisman (PhD) will face court over claims he underpaid a call centre worker more than $20,000 in wages.
Dr Vaisman is being personally prosecuted by the Fair Work Ombudsman because the two companies accused of underpaying the Sydney “appointment booker”, AMI Holdings and Advanced Medical Institute, are in administration and he was their sole director.
The ombudsman says documents lodged with the Federal Magistrates Court in Sydney allege Dr Vaisman was “centrally involved” with underpaying the worker by $22,942 between October 2006 and October 2008.
