We must nail core services before trying to be mini-GPs

I am a pharmacist and I have always considered that my competencies are commensurate with my knowledge of medicines, and ensuring their appropriate supply and use.

Two recent articles have caused me to question this.

The first was a paper describing how little inhaler techniques have improved in the last 40 years. The second was a paper illustrating non-adherence in antihypertensive medications.
