1. Capitation

The current Healthcare homes trial caps fee-for-service, which reduces our ability to spend more time with patients. To stay financial viable, GPs may delegate activities to more cost-effective resources, such as nurses drafting care plans and care managers reviewing clinical indicators. GPs would still retain clinical sovereignty
