ACCC drops hospitality clause demands

Edition 18 of the pharmaceutical industry’s Code of Conduct – which has been under ACCC review since early 2014 – proposes to discontinue the reporting of food and beverage expenses provided in connection with educational events, consultancies and advisory boards that was required by Edition 17 of the code.
