Anti-plain packaging claims ‘weak’

The UK’s four largest transnational tobacco companies —Imperial Tobacco, Japan Tobacco International, Philip Morris Ltd and British American Tobacco — submitted more than 1500 pages of evidence to make their case against plain packs as part of a UK Department of Health consultation.
