Are 'self-reflecting' GPs ditching RACGP for ACRRM?

Are GPs defecting from the RACGP over the introduction of its new mandatory “self-reflection” CPD activity?

It follows the decision by the RACGP to introduce a compulstory online activity for the new QI&CPD triennium called Planning, Learning and Need (PLAN).

Designed to encourage doctors to identify areas of weakness and skill gaps in their practice, critics claim it will not improve patient care and should remain optional.
