Change GP payments or Health Care Homes will fail, college says

THE Health Care Homes trial will fail if the government sticks to its plan of restricting funding for GP care to one bundled payment per patient, the RACGP says.

For the plan to succeed, the college argues, GPs must receive two streams of payment — one to plan care; another to carry it out.
