I got a crash course – literally – on why multi-tasking is bad
I attended a resilience workshop for doctors this past weekend and listened to a time-management specialist. He said there is no such thing as multi-tasking.
“After an interruption, it takes at least five minutes to regain one’s train of thought.”
I could vouch for that. I shared my tale.
