New endocrinology drugs recommended for PBS listing

Several new endocrinology drug products have been recommended for listing on the PBS by the government’s  Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee.

A new combination pack of 70mg alendronate  with 140mcg colecalciferol (four tablets) and calcium (24 tablets) was recommended for a PBS listing by the Committee at its recent March meeting.
