Specialist claims 'no erotic feelings' toward registrar he assaulted

A SENIOR Sydney oncologist who indecently assaulted a female registrar after spiking her drink with lorazepam will argue in court that he had no erotic feelings towards his victim, either before or during the crime.

John Kearsley appeared in the Downing Centre District Court on 26 February, four months after he pleaded guilty to using an intoxicating substance to commit an indictable offence, and assault with an act of indecency.
