'Strangely naive': GP banned after marrying two patients

A "hardworking and diligent" GP who married two of his patients and had a child with a third has been suspended, to send a message to other doctors about breaching professional boundaries.

The Melbourne doctor, who a psychologist described as “strangely naive”, argued the suspension should be reduced because of his disadvantaged upbringing and his inability to form healthy relationships.
