10 times big tobacco got it wrong on plain packaging
BIG tobacco is attempting to regurgitate failed Australian arguments against plain packaging, says a group of doctors who have published a list of 10 false claims.
These "zombie arguments" should never be allowed to return from the dead, says group leader Professor Mike Daube, President of the Australian Council on Smoking and Health.

1. Plain packaging would be rejected by Australian courts as being unconstitutional, with huge consequential costs for the Federal Government.
