11 key points from the most comprehensive review of medicinal cannabis yet

A 400-page report released in the US is the most comprehensive to date collating findings from research on recreational and therapeutic use of cannabis and cannabinoids.

Researchers from the former US Institute of Medicine (now the Health and Medicine division of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine) reviewed studies published since 1999, coming up with 100 evidence-based statements on the health effects of the drug.
