Analysis rekindles chronic fatigue controversy

Recovery outcomes were inflated fourfold in the controversial PACE trial, according to a new re-analysis of trial data that has re-ignited debate around treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).

The PACE trial, published in 2011 in The Lancet, found CBT and graded exercise therapy may be useful interventions for CFS.
