Inflammatory spondyloarthropathy is more common in fibromyalgia than previously supposed, according to an MRI study.

The Israeli study involved 88 patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia according to current ACR criteria, who underwent a range of tests and MRI examinations of the sacro-iliac joints.
Sacroiliitis, the radiographic hallmark of inflammatory spondyloarthropathy, was
