Botox boosts cancer treatment: study
A multinational group of researchers have conducted a study they say shows cancer stem cells are controlled by nerves.
This means denervation of the stomach could be a cheap, safe and efficient method of improving gastric cancer treatment.
As part of their study, the researchers used different methods, including Botox, to cut the gastric vagus nerve in mice, which stunted the growth of gastric tumours.
