Botox good for some but not all headaches

Updated guidelines for neurological treatments with Botulinum toxin suggest it is helpful for chronic migraine but not the episodic form of the disease, nor for chronic tension headaches.

The overhaul of the 2008 guidelines was launched at the American Academy of Neurology conference in Vancouver this week and simultaneously published in Neurology.
