Breaking bad news: neurologists can do better

An Australian survey of patients with motor neurone disease has found high levels of dissatisfaction with the way diagnosis is received.

Of the 243 patients surveyed, 36% were dissatisfied with the delivery of their diagnosis and gave low marks to their neurologists on their ability and skills in performing the task.
