Bush doctors lacking in diabetes skills

Rural GPs are lacking in knowledge and confidence when it comes to managing patients with type 2 diabetes, research shows. 

Writing in the Journal of Rural and Remote Health Isaraporn Thepswonga and colleagues from the School of Primary Health Care at Monash University in Melbourne surveyed over 200 rural and remote GPs about their knowledge, preferences, attitudes and practices when managing type 2 diabetes
