From Harvard, the PROMISE study (Prospective Multicenter Imaging Study for Evaluation of Chest Pain) finds that, for patients with stable chest pain and intermediate risk of obstructive coronary artery disease, CT angiography is better at spotting disease than normal functional tests such as stress echocardiography and exercise ECG.
