The case against Dr Crickitt and the missing murder weapon

This week, Dr Brian Crickitt was convicted of murdering his wife, Christine, with a lethal dose of fast-acting insulin.

Dr Crickitt, a Sydney GP, had denied any wrongdoing surrounding her death. There were no witnesses, and there was also the big question of the alleged murder weapon: the exogenous insulin.

The Crown argued it existed; the defence said it did not.
