Community treatment orders a ‘breach of rights’

Unconsented psychiatric outpatient treatment in Australia is amongst the highest in the world and differs markedly between states, varying between 30.2 per 100,000 people in Tasmania to 98.8 per 100,000 in Victoria, researchers found.
