Doctors referred to AHPRA over chemo bungle

An independent review into a chemotherapy bungle at Royal Adelaide Hospital and Flinders Medical Centre has that recommended doctors involved in the case be referred to AHPRA.

The review was commissioned by the SA government after it was revealed in August that 10 acute myeloid leukaemia patients had received less than the intended dose of Cytarabine because of a typo in a treatment protocol.
