Facial actinic cheilitis

Clinical case

A 43-year-old female presents with persistent scaling of the lower lip with associated areas of white plaques and erosions (figure 1a, b). She has had many episodes of sunburn growing up and has started to develop scattered actinic keratoses on sun-exposed areas (face and forearms) that have required liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. What is the diagnosis for her lower lip condition?
