Fears allayed over chemo cognitive impairment

Long-term breast cancer survivors are likely to have normal levels of subjective cognitive function, even though they have had adjuvant chemo- or endocrine therapy, shows a Danish study.

There is no difference between patients who have had had adjuvant therapy, and those who have not, on the Cognitive Failure Questionnaire, which covers areas such as forgetfulness and distractibility.
