EATING low-fat yoghurt daily during pregnancy has been linked to an increased risk of asthma.
Danish women with this intake were found to have 1.6 times the risk of having a child with asthma or allergic rhinitis by age seven.
Milk intake had no demonstrated effect and may be protective, according to the data presented this month at the European Respiratory Society’s Annual Congress.
